RECIPE:

THE FISH:
hvit fisk / white fish
2ss mel / 2 tablespoon flour
1ts paprika pulver / 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
1ts timian / 1 teaspoon timian
(blend everything together and cover the fish on all sides, then take it in the pan)

CHILI MAYO:
As much mayo you want
and then a little bit of siracha
(blend it together and put i on the bread)

VINEGAR CUCUMBER:
rasp litt agurk / grated cucumber 
1ss hvitvinseddik / 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1ts sugar / 1 teaspoon sugar
(blend everything!)

add some onion and salad!

Denne retten er helt latterlig god, og tar ikke lang tid selvom det ser litt komplisert ut! Den minner meg veldig om fiske burgerne jeg spiste i Berlin, og de er noe av de beste jeg har smakt. Du kommer ikke til å angre på denne, så den må faktisk prøves!!
